The City of Leesburg currently has 20 T-hangars available for rent. There is a waiting list for these sites. If you have requested to be placed on the waiting list, City staff will contact you when a space becomes available.

There are both private and public hangars at Leesburg Regional Airport. As hangars become available, notices are placed at SunAir Aviation, and on the City's website. Lease rates are based on the size of the hangar, location and amenities. The City reserves the right to accept the best offer as defined by the City of Leesburg. The City does allow for land leases for up to 20 years. Any building proposed to be constructed must be approved in advance by the City and shall revert to the City of Leesburg after 20 years. The current tenant is given preference in renegotiating a lease for the land and the building at the conclusion of the lease.
