2.      Purchase request 41871 to Digital-Ally, Inc. for the purchase of 10 digital in-car video recording systems for a total cost of $43,450.00.  (Agenda Memos)

1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a lease agreement with The Imagination Shop, Inc., for office space at the Business Incubator, and providing and effective date. (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing amendment one to an agreement with Lake County Water Authority to fund the Lake Lucerne Restoration Project under their Stormwater Grant Program extending the completion date by one hundred twenty days; and providing an effective date.. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Beesley Construction Co., LLC for  Lake Lucerne Water Quality Improvement and Shoreline Restoration construction services; and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, designating the Carver Heights/ Montclair Community Redevelopment area in Leesburg, Florida as a Brownfield Area for the purpose of environmental remediation, rehabilitation, and economic development; authorizing the City Clerk to notify the Florida Department of Environmental Protection of said designation; and providing an effective date.
