1.      A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agreement with PowerSecure to provide Interactive Distributed Generation Services for a 310 kW CAT generator to be installed at the Lake Square Mall water tower site located at 10401 US HWY 441, Leesburg, FL 34788. 2.      A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with PowerSecure to provide Annual Maintenance and 5 Year Extended Warranty for 8 previously installed Interactive Distributed Generation Switchgears; and providing an effective date.
