RESOLUTION NO._______________

A RESOLUTION OF THE CARVER HEIGHTS/MONTCLAIR AREA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2010-11 BUDGET; APPROPRIATING CERTAIN FUNDS TO SPECIFIC REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CARVER HEIGHTS/MONTCLAIR AREA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY:

            THAT the Fiscal Year 2010-11 Budget, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby adopted and ratified;

THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the _13____ day of __September_______ 2010.
