Subject:                      Resolution correcting Resolution 19, adopted March 14, 2011, changing the title of the resolution to reflect the correct Scope of Services

 

 

Staff Recommendation:

Staff recommends approval of the resolution correcting Resolution 19.

 

 

Analysis:

After adoption of Resolution 19, staff noticed an error in the title of the resolution.   This action is to correct the scope of services listed in the title.

 

 

Options:

1.  Approve the resolution correcting the scope of services listed in the title of Resolution 19.

2.  Such alternative action as the Commission may deem appropriate

RESOLUTION OF THE GREATER LEESBURG COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY COMMISSION  AUTHORIZING A CORRECTION TO THE TITLE OF RESOLUTION 19, ADOPTED MARCH 14, 2011, AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO BELLOMO-HERBERT & COMPANY TO CHANGE THE SCOPE OF WORK LISTED TO "FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE PROJECT PURSUANT TO RFQ 100423;  AND PROVIDING AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

 

            THAT the Greater Leesburg Community Redevelopment Agency Commission hereby approves correction to the title of Resolution 19 from “professional services related to the DEP permit renewal for the Downtown Streetscape Project” to “for professional engineering services to provide professional design services for the Downtown Streetscape Project pursuant to RFQ.”

 

             THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the _12th __ day of _September__, 2011.
