RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH GENERAL ELECTRIC CORPORATION TO PROVIDE IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES OF THE ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with GENERAL ELECTRIC CORPORATION whose address is 4200 Wildwood Parkway, 2018-6-4C-11, Atlanta, Georgia  30339-8402, for Implementation Services related to the Advanced Meter Infrastructure and Related Technologies pursuant to Request for Proposal 100372.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the _28th____ day of __November______ 2011.
