Provide for a Fair Housing Workshop

Analysis:

The City of Leesburg is holding a fair housing workshop to explain the Fair Housing Ordinance for all protected classes (race, color, familial status, handicap, national origin, religion and sex). The workshop is part of the requirements for submission of the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application.

Options:

1. Conduct the Fair Housing Workshop; or

2. Such alternative action as the Commission may deem appropriate

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact to the workshop.
