RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DOCUMENT REVISION AUTHORIZATION WITH S.H.I. RELATED TO THE MICROSOFT SOFTWARE ENTERPRISE LICENSING AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a ‘Document Revision Authorization’ for SHI (Software House International) whose address is 2 River Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873, for computer software volume licensing from Microsoft Corporation.

THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the _26th____ day of __November_______ 2012.
