Staff
recommends approval of the Consent to Assignment of Lease at the
Analysis:
On
The
initial lease period ends in July, 2019.
The current monthly rent on this site is $286.91 plus tax. This amount is adjusted every two years based
on the Consumer Price Index. All terms
of this original lease agreement and approved amendments will remain the same.
This
agreement was recommended for approval by the Airport Advisory Board at their
Options:
1. Approve the lease agreement as stated above
in the total amount of $18,000; or
2. Such alternative action as the Commission may
deem appropriate
Fiscal Impact:
This
Consent to Assignment of Lease Agreement has no fiscal impact on the City of
