A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH DAVEY RESOURCES GROUP FOR A COMPREHENSIVE CITYWIDE TREE INVENTORY FOR TREES ON CITY PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement  with DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP, a Division of The Davey Tree Expert Company, whose address is 566 East Orange Street, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701, for conducting a Citywide tree inventory and providing collected data in electronic form pursuant to RFP-06-05.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the __14th___ day of __August_______ 2006
