To the Mayor and Commissioners:

It is hard to believe that it has been twenty years since the Miss Leesburg Pageant was organized.  Because of all the support we have received, the pageant has been a great success!  And for this, we are thankful.

We are especially proud of our scholarship program that became a reality in 1997.  Since then, we have awarded $53,000 to young ladies of Leesburg.  This year in September, we are awarding $10,000 to our winners!   All scholarships are paid directly to the college of choice.
