2.      Purchase Requisition #36798 to Ten-8-Fire Equipment, Inc. - four sets of rescue extrication tools for the Fire Department for $112,000 (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

B.     RESOLUTIONS:

 

1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Davey Resources Group for a comprehensive City wide tree inventory for trees on City property, and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing execution of an extension of the closing date as to the contract between Benjamin Garcia, Jr., and Ronald L. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, urging the Lake County Board of County Commissioners to plan and budget for the construction or renovation of a Public Health Facility in Leesburg, Florida; and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos)

5.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, approving the form and content of the standard agreement for Independent Contractors to provide recreational/instructional services to citizens of Leesburg and the general public; and providing an effective date. 7.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to execute an Owner Affidavit in connection with a pending application by Cutrale Citrus Juices U.S.A., Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit on real property owned by Cutrale, which application includes use of certain abandoned railroad right of way owned by the City; specifying the conditions and limitations on the authorization granted hereby; and providing an effective date. E.     Second reading of an ordinance amending 22211 AND 22227 of the Code of Ordinances, pertaining to water and wastewater rates, to add to each a rate schedule for use with meters which measure water consumption in gallons rather than in cubic feet (Agenda Memos)

1.      Second reading of an ordinance annexing approximately 1,012 acres generally located south of the intersection of CR 48 and Austin Merritt Road, in Section 31-20-24 and Sections 5, 6, and 7,-21-24 (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)
