A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with Mountain Homes Real Estate to PURCHASE the following described real property and all improvements thereon (1110 Kristen street, lot 13); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with  Mountain Homes Real Estate whose address is 835 East 11^th Avenue, Mount Dora, Florida 32757___, who hereby agrees to sell said property Lot 13, located at 1110 Kristen Street, Leesburg, Florida 34748 to the City of Leesburg in the amount of $185,000.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the _9TH____ day of _OCTOBER__ 2006
