A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with DAVID INDAR to PURCHASE the following described real property and all improvements thereon (3005 SCHOOLVIEW STREET, lot 17); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with DAVID INDAR whose address is 7640 Apple Tree Circle, Orlando, Florida 32819___, who hereby agrees to sell said property Lot 17, located at 3005 SCHOOLVIEW STREET, Leesburg, Florida 34748 to the City of Leesburg in the amount of $185,000.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.
