A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with ANAA INVESTMENTS, INCORPORATED to PURCHASE the following described real property and all improvements thereon (3001 SCHOOLVIEW STREET, lot 19); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Anaa Investments, Incorporated whose address is 7640 Apple Tree Circle, Orlando, Florida 32819___, who hereby agrees to sell said property Lot 19, located at 3001 SCHOOLVIEW STREET, Leesburg, Florida 34748 to the City of Leesburg in the amount of $350,000.00.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.
