A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MECHELE V. NEILE TO PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY AND ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON (1109 KRISTEN STREET, LOT 5); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with  Mechele V. Neile, whose address is 180 NE 123^rd Street, Miami, Florida 33161, who hereby agrees to sell said property Lot 5, located at 1109 Kristen Street, Leesburg, Florida 34748 to the City of Leesburg in the amount of $185,000.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the __9TH___ day of _OCTOBER___ 2006
