1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Satisfaction of Mortgage for Hattie S. Cummings for the purpose of satisfying a mortgage given to secure a Housing Rehabilitation Loan;  and providing an effective date. (Agenda Memos, Supporting Docs)

 

2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Satisfaction of Mortgage for Stephanie Fulmore for the purpose of satisfying a mortgage given to secure a Housing Rehabilitation Loan; and providing an effective date. 3.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Leesburg Police Department to apply for and accept, if awarded, a Federal grant through the Department of Justice to secure funding for a Victim's Right Advocate; and providing an effective date. 4.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, accepting and approving a re-plat of Royal Oaks Estates, 5th Addition, a subdivision in an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) District, within the City of Leesburg, Florida, generally located south of S.R. 44 (South Street) and Casteen Road, lying in Section 28, Township 19 South, Range 24 East; and accepting and dedicating to the use of the public any easements or public places shown thereon as being dedicated to the public; and providing an effective date. 5.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, amending Resolution 7827 adopted December 11, 2006 to correct scrivener's errors and approve the corrected version of Personnel Policy 311 (Paid Time Off); and providing an effective date. 6.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a warranty deed from the City of Leesburg to Navroz P. Saju and Azim F. Saju, for property adjacent to Ruby Tuesday on U.S. Highway 441 in the form attached as Exhibit "A" hereto, for the purpose of conveying property under contract for sale to Navroz P.
