Wade, Samuel McWhite, Ronald C. Sullivan and Trudy L. Sullivan, Etta M. Sirmons, Althea J. Arnold and Alene Smart.

Staff Recommendation:

Staff recommends approval of the ordinances accepting the utility easements for the Carver Heights area.

Analysis:

Elnora S. Waitman, Christine S. Long (2), Mary K. Williams, Samuel Augustus Crew, Dorothy L. Wade, Samuel McWhite, Ronald C. Sullivan and Trudy L. Sullivan, Etta M. Sirmons, Althea J. Arnold and Alene Smart are granting utility easements to the City of Leesburg for the Carver Heights area for underground electric services.

Options:

1.  Accept the utility easements or.

2.  Such alternative action as the Commission may deem appropriate

Fiscal Impact: 

The City has been granted these non-exclusive easements for the sum of $11.00.
