B.     Resolutions delegating authority to the authorized city representative to award the sale of the City's Electric and Utility Revenue Bonds Series 2007A and 2007B to the Underwriter; appoint the paying agent; approving the form and final content of the Preliminary Official Statements; authorizing execution of an investment contract; authorizing City Officials to execute any documents and take actions necessary to issue the bonds. 2.      Resolution supplementing Resolution No. 7143 as amended and supplemented by Resolution 7144 authorizing a City Authorized Representative to award the sale of the City's $24,520,000 Utility System Revenue Bonds, Series 2007A and the City's $1,200,000 Taxable Utility System Revenue Bonds, Series 2007B (Agenda Memos)

 

C.     Resolutions supplementing resolutions previously amended and supplemented by authorizing the issuance of Electric and Utility System Revenue Bonds Series 2007A for acquisition and construction of improvements of the system and Series 2007B to replenish revenues spent for city purposes.
