Staff recommends approval of the Lease Agreement with Raymond D. Dominick, MD.
Dr. Raymond D. Dominick currently leases the building located at 8804 U.S. Highway 441. The building is used as a medical treatment facility known as Lake Regional Urgent Care. The current lease for this site expired July 31, 2007.
The new lease will take effect on August 1, 2007 with a term of five years. It includes an option to renew the lease for an additional five year period. The current lease rate is $2,400.00 per month. The new lease will be $2,706.64 per month with provision for 3% annual increase.
This agreement was reviewed by the Airport Advisory Board at their August 15, 2007 meeting and recommended approval.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH RAYMOND D. DOMINICK, MD FOR PROPERTY AT LEESBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement with Raymond D. Dominick, MD, whose address is 8804 South US Hwy 441, Leesburg, Florida 34788, for property at Leesburg International Airport.
THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.
