Subject:                      Ordinance accepting an utility easement from Riverside National Bank near intersection of US Hwy 27 and C.R. 48.

Staff Recommendation:

Staff recommends approval of the Ordinance accepting this utility easement granted by Riverside National Bank for property near the intersection of U.S. Hwy 27 and C.R. 48.

Analysis:

This 30 foot utility easement will provide for installation and maintenance for all City of Leesburg utilities.

Options:

1.  Approve the Ordinance, or

2.  Such alternative action as the Commission may deem appropriate.
