1.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Addendum to Mitigation Credit Purchase and Deposit Agreement related to credits purchased from the Wekiva River Mitigation Bank for the Runway 13/31 Extension Project at Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date. 2.      A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Waukesha Electric Systems, Inc. providing construction services to swap locations of two substation power transformers; and providing an effective date.
