RESOLUTION nO. ______

A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Southwinds partners l.l.l.p. to extend natural gas service to Southwinds Cove PHASE 1; and providing an effective date.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEESBURG, FLORIDA:

            THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Southwinds Partners L.L.L.P.,   whose address is _329 North Park Ave. Suite 300, Winter Park, Florida, 32789 for installation of natural gas service.

 THAT this resolution shall become effective immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, at a regular meeting held the   23^rd day of _February, 2009.
