Bring the Kids for Some Holiday Movie Fun at Leesburg’s Towne Square
Free movie nights at Leesburg’s Towne Square will kick off this Friday, Dec. 9, with a special holiday show featuring a 3-D family movie, hot chocolate and popcorn.

Families
are invited to bring a blanket or lawn chair and watch the movie presented under the stars on a state-of-the-art 3D projector and giant inflatable movie screen. Special 3D glasses will be available for $1, or you can bring your own. Hot chocolate and popcorn are free.
The outdoor movie presented by the Leesburg Partnership will begin at 6 and 9 p.m. Information about the movie and future movie nights is available at

“We are very excited about offering this new opportunity for the residents and visitors of downtown Leesburg and hope to make Free Movie Nights in Towne Square a family tradition in the years to come” says Joe Shipes, Executive Vice President of the Leesburg Partnership.
The next free events will be two more holiday movies scheduled for Dec. 18 and 21.
Leesburg is a progressive city of more than 20,000 residents in northwest Lake County. Leesburg also is a central hub for commerce, attracting 50,000 people to work each weekday.
