The City of Leesburg Purchasing Division has partnered with Public Purchase for the posting, notification, and processing of all formal solicitations (Bids & RFP’s). All City bids and RFP’s will be listed using the on-line service provided by Public Purchase at their website www.publicpurchase.com. All documents related to the solicitation can be downloaded from this website. There is no cost to businesses to use this service for City of Leesburg opportunities.

Use of the system will require registration in order to insure you receive accurate and timely notifications of new opportunities and changes to solicitations already posted. There is NO COST to businesses to register. This system will serve as our private supplier directory and allow the City to access a current and updated supplier listing. Suppliers can sign-in at any time to maintain their information insuring it is current and accurate.

Entities not wishing to take advantage of the free registration with Public Purchase can access solicitation documents on our FTP Server by entering ftp://ftp.leesburgflorida.gov/bids-purchasing in their web browser. Documents will be uploaded to the FTP Server as they are available. Documents not found on the FTP Server are not available or do not exist. Entities using the FTP Server are responsible for insuring they have all solicitation documents and any addenda issued.
